Backend work linked online patient queues, the hospital management system, and BPJS APIs across an existing service workflow.

Software across a patient’s visit
Hospital software supports many connected activities: registration, patient queues, clinical services, laboratory work, pharmacy, and billing. Backend systems need to support those workflows and communicate with external services.
At PT Sistem Teknologi Andalan Bangsa, I led a backend team and contributed to hospital management systems, online patient queues, and BPJS API integration.
Connecting services
The work included an online patient-queuing service integrated with a Hospital Management System, as well as connections to Indonesia’s BPJS services for patient queue management.
Alongside the integrations, I worked on backend functionality across hospital departments. Go was a core part of the development stack, with REST APIs, Docker, and GitLab CI in the delivery environment.
My contribution
My role combined hands-on backend development with team leadership. I coordinated project timelines and stakeholders, contributed to system implementation, and created technical documentation using GitLab Wiki and Swagger.
These were shared team projects. My responsibility was the backend and its delivery, rather than sole authorship of the entire hospital platform.
